Chicago businessman Dr. Willie Wilson faces a long, tough list of obstacles to his proposed city ordinance awarding reparations to Chicagoans who descended from slaves. Mayor Lori Lightfoot, whom Wilson endorsed for mayor in March after she defeated him in the Democratic Primary, has reportedly refused to even discuss the plan.
